He also hosted a public forum on the discovery of the theoretical “Planet Nine” and discusses that at length.
(Episode 17) — Dr. Natalie Hinkel is an astrophysicist at Arizona State University. She has spent years compiling the largest collection of stellar abundances in her Hypatia Catalog. She is also part of the ASU NExSS project at ASU. In her “spare time” Dr. Hinkel hosts the Science Bar Podcast!
(Episode 15) — Dr. Danny Jacobs is a cosmologist working in the Low Frequency Cosmology lab at Arizona State University. He builds radio telescopes in the middle of deserts and uses them to unravel the secrets about the beginning of the universe. Dr. Jacobs is also a member of the Precision Array for Probing the Epoch of Reionization in South Africa and the Murchison Wide-field Array in Western Australia.
